When I was looking to change careers a few years ago, I found there was no career decision making tool out there. You've probably seen the same thing out there yourself:
It's called CareerPlan Pro. It's a three section program, of which Define Your Career is section one.
The three part career change planning approach in CareerPlan Pro is very simple and straightforward:
This process is all supported by strong coaching support to those that need it, with a variety of coaching packages, from a la cart coaching sessions to Fast Track program
After working with numerous clients, I have identified the four pillars that define your optimal career purpose:
It's my proven formula for how you can identify your career purpose.
Once you define your career purpose, it is like your lighthouse that
guides all your career, business and relationship choices.
Whether you are looking to change careers, start a business, are an entrepreneur, want to find your calling, want to freelance or moonlight on the side or need to work a home based business - whatever your case may be - this career decision-making tool is designed to enable you to do a valid self-assessment and then put it into action.
We help those who need to change their job situation, whether:
We help you define your optimal career blueprint of what career is right for you, and then create a career plan to achieve it - better and cheaper than most other career advisors out there - even if you have no job, no education, no credentials and no experience.
As a career design specialist, I am known for creative approaches and breakthrough solutions in defining your career so you can make the most money possible while expressing your greatest value possible.
After graduating from a NJ University with a BA degree in business and marketing, in the 1980's I took advice from my friends and family to "get a good job with a big company. " After working my way up the ladder on Wall Street where I was making OK money, but wasn't using all my talents, I said "There's got to be a better way."
I started moonlighting my own sales and marketing consulting company in 1994, and have helped numerous businesses and individuals since then, including AT&T, Ceridian and ADT.
A big part of my philosophy is based on the 80 – 20 rule. One of it's parameters is:
"work to your strengths, and ignore your weaknesses"
In this way, you develop your best traits, and delegate your lesser developed traits to others who are better suited to do them.
That is how you transform yourself from a person who settles for a "job" earning a "living" to someone who has an exuberant life. It's how you bring out your best. Someone who is realizing your potential, being a hero to your ideal community, employing your unique skills and talents to serve the flock you were meant to. And being paid well for it. All while having more free time working less hours.
It may sound Idealistic and spiritual but it is being achieved all the time by a simple application of a few tools.
Think about it. This isn't Hollywood, it's reality. What if you could be in a career where you were not a commodity, you were a star? Working with the right people, doing the right job for you, in the right environment?
It can and does happen! Itís my goal for you. And I've designed my information products so it will happen for you.
So you don't have to be underemployed, or hate your boss, of be laid off, or be broke.
Why not love what your are doing, have great working relationships, work from a position of control, make as much money as possible for you while having more free time? Along the way you will have the prestige of serving people in the highest possible way for your skills.
